Product Details: Mintycoco Oil Pulling Formula c/o

You might be wondering by now what’s so special about this little box and this is where I spill all! This box is packed full of fourteen travel-friendly sachets that leave teeth visibly whiter, cleaner and smoother. I must admit this is the first time I’ve dabbled in oil pulling and I was left feeling really excited about the prospect and how well this technique would work. Coffee has always been my morning routine for many years now and this can be really bad for staining your teeth! Thanks to Mintycoco I don’t need to worry about this now; I was surprised at how well the oil pulling method worked and how much my teeth benefited from the Mintycoco formula sachets. I’ve been carrying these sachets about with me everywhere and find them super easy to use! I like the fact each sachet contains the best of ingredients with just two; that being coconut and peppermint oil.

These are free from nasty artificial ingredients and gluten, wheat and dairy. I always prefer the more simple of products with fewer ingredients as you know it’s natural and nothing else added to the product and that makes me more enticed to use the product knowing it’s doing more good than bad. I’ve dabbled with different whitening products before but most of these contained ingredients that can do more damage than good and that’s why I avoided using these products again. It was refreshing to find out that Mintycoco is all natural and actually works better than some chemical whitening treatments I’ve tried in the past. I actually noticed results straight away but nothing major! My teeth started to look whiter after my second sachet and I continued the course for the following two weeks and you can see the results above. I loved the results and excited to continue my subscription as these will now be part of my everyday routine to keep my mouth clean and fresh.

The peppermint oil is the perfect solution for keeping your breath fresh instead of chewing gum which I’ve never really done so this makes for the perfect natural replacement. My mouth is small and I find using three-quarters of the product works best for me at different times throughout the day for 15 minutes. I try and keep the oil in my mouth for as long as possible but you can just do it for five minutes if you prefer! You would normally use the full pack in one go; I feel this is too much for me and instead use it in smaller quantities in the morning, afternoon and evening so my teeth stay clean all day. The texture is just like coconut oil if you’ve used or tried this before for cooking with and turns to liquid after rubbing the sachet between your hands for a couple of seconds or if it’s stored in a warm house. If it’s stored in cold conditions the sachet/oil will be rock hard and this is why you have to spit the oil into a tissue once your done oil pulling.

What’re your thoughts on oil pulling? Have you tried it before?

I’ve never even hear of oil pulling but that sounds really interesting (and maybe easy to make yourself? :D). I would really like to try it, since whitening products are to harsh for my sensitive teeth… thanks for sharing xx

  6. This sounds really interesting and I can’t say I’ve ever heard of it before. I currently have braces in and will be getting them out in a couple months so I really do want to whiten my teeth and this sounds like such a great way to do that. I’ll be checking this out. Thanks for sharing this great post! xx

  8. I have never understood what oil pulling was! But this sounds amazing, I’ve never whitened my teeth but have kind of always wanted to give it a go but this sounds a brilliant way of getting whiter teeth, especially with those ingredients 🙂

I’m really interested in oil pulling, my mum does it regularly and she’s gotten pretty good results but I’ve never tried it myself. These sachets seem really handy though.

I’ve seen a few blog posts where people have had really positive results from oil pulling, I think I might try it in the summer when I have weddings and graduations to attend
