Let me introduce you to a brand new launch in the beauty world called Oilixia, a facial oil that helps you to achieve that fresh faced dewy glow.
Product Details: Oilixia Facial Oil c/o
The Oilixia facial oil packs a beautiful blend of eighteen naturally sourced oils; one of these being Cacay oil. Sourced from the Andes Mountains in Peru & Columbia, this gorgeous oil is formulated to give the skin a radiant glow, whilst helping to firm and smooth away the appearance of fine lines. I mainly use this for it’s skin glowing properties and the fact it actually helps treat my acne and reduces redness over time! It leaves my skin feeling really soft and most importantly hydrated, making this perfect for the winter months. The formula also penetrates the skin quicker than other oils I’ve used in the past, making it a great make-up base.
The ingredients work in harmony with the skin from essential oils to vitamins and plant extracts; these patent active ingredients help with my acne and cell renewal. Oilixia oil is rich in Vitamin A, C and E and boosts skin with antioxidant protection from environmental damage. Omega 3, 6 and 9 also help to retain moisture and soften the skin over time. Another favourite ingredient of mine is retinol, a great anti-ageing ingredient that also helps to heal acne and removes dead skin cells on the surface, (it’s basically a Sunday Riley Luna day oil substitute) whilst boosting collagen production to leave skin positively glowing.
The great thing about this oil is it’s light weight texture, this making it a dream to apply and it seeps into the skin much quicker. It has a delicate scent of essential oils, nothing to over powering! I really enjoy the smell and the silky texture of the oil. Cacay oil, a very rare oil but one that will be growing in popularity very soon, is a precious oil; it contains 50% more Vitamin E & F and twice the amount of linolic acid than Argan oil. Linolic acid contains anti-inflammatory, acne reductive, and moisture retentive properties, making this the perfect everyday facial oil.
