Welcome back, I bet your glad to come across a style post after my recent fluctuation of beauty related posts! The past two weeks have been hectic at my end and it’s been a real struggle trying to fit everything in; so this basically get’s on to me explaining my recent daily posting and I’m hoping to keep this up until the end of October. I’m jetting off in a couple of weeks and my drafts folder really is starting to grow severely, and the only way to resolve this is by posting more frequently until I get on top of things; in all honesty I just want a stress free holiday and know my blogs going to run smoothly when the time comes, so hopefully you enjoy my daily posts… 🙂
You might have seen these Birkenstocks by Jones Bootmaker recently pop up in my wish list post and I can’t contain my excitement to finally own a pair. These have to be the most comfiest sandals I own!! I find them great for casual wear and most importantly for my trip to Greece. They come with foot support and mould to your feet to create a comfortable base and just feel really light on the feet and easy to walk in!
I teamed the Birkenstocks with these crisp white jeans by G-Star RAW and don’t find them as great as the other Lynn jeans in all honesty as there not as fitting and the fabrics more loose and easily creased but I still love them and went to my local tailors to have the hem taken up to show off my ankles, I just find it more flattering for spring/summer with sandals or heels for the evening.
I’ve kept the top half minimal with a nice contrast of khaki and metal tones against the all white and really like this off duty vibe for everyday wear when it’s warm outside. The tank top is from All Saints, a great staple piece and the fabrics really light and breathable and it goes perfectly with my New Look duster coat. Accessories are very basic with my favourite Love Moschino shoulder bag and Ray-Ban club masters.
With a love for minimal, sustainable pieces. Finalist in the UK Blog Awards & Company Magazine Award.
