AllSaints has always been somewhat of a mysterious brand with such luxurious fabrics and a simple neutral colour palette of blacks, greys and whites, targeted towards more high-end customers who love to splurge on quality garments that last the test of time!!
I must admit I am guilty of splurging on expensive shoes, coats and bags because I feel these are worth the extra price tag with the different materials used, mostly leather which can be expensive but it gets better with age and I always feel it justifies the price, especially if it lasts years!!
Leather Jackets are great all year round and look even better with just about anything so these are most definitely a great place to start and I just love the leather biker jackets ALLSAINTS has to offer. The new season line looks, even more, mouth watering, with beautifully constructed coats made from wool, sheepskin and different sources of leather, mainly from lamb skin. I personally like how relaxed each piece from the A/W14 Collection comes across and how you can style them over and over again with the neutral colour palette, making them excellent investment pieces for now and the foreseeable future.
The coats above are the ones that most caught my eye from the new collection and I really like the different fabrics, shapes and textures for winter and how well they can be styled with different pieces to give a tough edge to any outfit. The garments are very futuristic with an almost post-apocalyptic look and feel, that gives a breath of fresh air to these unique designs!! The garments are more polished and structured but they still have a tough edgy appeal to them and I really like how each piece has been styled with the thigh high boots and ankle boots.
Don’t get me started on shoes but I really like the thigh high boots in the new collection and like how they make the silhouette appear much leaner, especially in that black number! The mesh panel detailing to this dress gives you different vocal points that really stand out in the dress and I find this whole look very futuristic and straight to the point. The dress would make the perfect investment piece as I could just imagine styling this for summer and winter with the peek a boo mesh panels and the beautiful cut and shape that flatters the right areas. I also like the skirt in image #1 with the chunky statement zip that comes down the side of the garment to meet the large side split.

What’s your thoughts on this collection, and do you own any AllSaints pieces?

I think Thigh High Boots would look great on longer legs as mostly it’s people who are shorter like me, who worry they will look silly on them but I think they come in perfect for all shapes and sizes xx

I am actually awful, I often look like a walking All Saints catalogue. I find their tops and trousers actually long enough for my lanky limbs, when a lot of brands just aren’t!

I used to shop in All Saints alllll the time but I stopped because the clothing quality was pretty poor. That being said, they do have the best leather jackets out there – I love the Steine jacket!
