YANKEE CHRISTMAS COOKIE CANDLE

Mmmm this smells incredible! not only does this smell good enough to eat but the candle itself burns really well lasting hours and the wick is really thick making it a great quality candle for the price!

Christmas Cookie, Yankee Candle – House of Fraser £15.99
The scent of this candle really is sensational and comes in perfect for cold winter nights as the scent really comforts you and smells like freshly baked biscuits. I am really impressed with how potent the scent is even before lighting the wick you can just leave the candle out in the room and it diffuses over time naturally making it really cosy and nice 🙂 The jar is very sturdy and presents itself well making it nice to have as decoration and not just as a typical candle as the scent is so strong you can smell it perfectly just natural but it’s always nice to light it in the evenings to create a nice atmosphere and warm your room up. If however, you prefer to store your candles away keeping the lid on can also have its positives by locking in the scent for a more strong release when lighting the next time you decide to use it.

This is a very warm sweet scent which I love as I am more of a sweet/candy kind of person when it comes to scents compared to more floral scents. The aroma is very true and natural it does not smell at all fake/unnatural in a manner of speaking as sometimes you can get candles or diffusers that smell somewhat unnatural and sickly but this is very true to smell making it perfect. Described as buttery rich, with hints of vanilla (my favourite scent ever!) and holiday sugar cookies. This is the medium jar (411g) and it burns on average for up to 65-90 hours depending on how frequently you use it of course 😀

This sounds like pure bliss! *_* I too prefer a sweet/candy scent over floral. I’m already missing the holidays a bit, so I certainly wouldn’t having this candle around to remind me of the delicious treats, hehe. I’ve never tried Yankee candles before though, as I’ve only used the ones from Bath & Body Works! I’ll definitely make sure to give it a try.

My favorite candle at the moment is probably the Merry Cookie from Bath & Body Works! It has a buttery, vanilla scent that I am simply obsessed with. Now you’ve put in the mood to do candle-shopping, hehe!

🙂 You’ve got such a wonderful blog! I’m your newest follower. Hoping we can stay in touch!

This is easily one of their best scents, and their Sugar Cookies which is divine! I have the Christmas Cookie air freshener in my car and I’m gutted its losing its scent. I love the Salted Caramel one too!

I am such a huge fan of yankee candles. I can’t seem to find a place to purchase them here in Germany. When I was home in the states during the holidays however, I picked up a few and burned them while at my parent’s home. The smells of cookies and pumpkin were just so homey and made the entire place feel that much more cosy. I tend to link different scents for my own flat though – also really cosy smells but more naturey. Maybe cos I live in a city (Berlin) and it seems to fit better.
