Have a peek into Lindos View, a 4* hotel with every room being recently re-renovated. I and Kyle stayed in the standard deluxe room during our two-week stay and even this was luxurious for the price. I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful the room actually was. We had a warm welcome on arrival and opened the apartment door to a gorgeous walk-in wooden floor shower and open plan living space. Outside of the hotel, we were mesmerised by the sheer beauty of the living grounds and the stunning views that overlook Lindos town. The grounds come with two large swimming pools, snooker tables and a small playground for kids.
Lindos View now offers breathtaking themed rooms with options for suites and master suites. The house of knights would be the perfect for a romantic getaway or even if you plan on having your big day in Greece. The walk-in shower had to be my favourite feature of the apartment and of course the large round mirror with the marble stance below it. Every morning we would open the patio doors to let the sunshine through and sit outside planning the day ahead. The food and wine, as you'd expect from Greece, was outstanding. I swear I never touched any chocolate during my time here but would highly recommend Lindos View for breakfast and evening dinner. The hotel presentation of the food was remarkable and definitely worth the price! We ate here most nights but did travel out to the hotel some nights to try different foods during our stay (I will be doing a follow-up post soon in Lindos Town).
The shimmering Aegean Sea had to be the highlight of the hotel as it's only a 10-minute walk away and it's absolutely beautiful! Crystal clear and warm to swim in. Every day our apartment would be cleaned out and the grounds of the hotel! We also noticed some wildlife when walking around the grounds and loved that aspect. All of the meals were freshly cooked and presented really well on arrival! It was one of my favourite places to eat out during our visit but we did find some special places in town which I hope to share with you soon. Another great thing about this hotel was the fact you don't have to travel far to local shops down the road out-with Lindos town and situated just outside you will find the main bus stops into the city of Rhodes.
We travelled into Rhodes on several occasions which I'm doing a separate post on and we visited a couple of places during this time and went on some tours provided by the hotel which was a added bonus to get more from your travels on the island. Outside of the hotel you also got two large swimming pools and lot's of sun beds to lounge on during the day/evening. The hotel also provides a private transfer from the hotel to the airport and wifi in the main lobby area which is useful for keeping in touch with relatives/friends. The games room was great for evenings when you don't have anything planned; we did go out clubbing in Lindos but if your wanting a chilled evening this is perfect for playing snooker and table tennis.
