La Roche Posay Serozinc

My ultimate toner has finally made an appearance on the blog and sooner rather than later and you’ll find out below why this has been a cult favourite of mine over the past couple of months or so.

Product Details: La Roche Posay Serozinc

La Roche Posay Serozinc is a zinc sulphate solution to be used just like any other toner without the need for cotton wool pads (optional). I prefer to use this straight from the bottle after giving it a good shake and then applying it at a distance all over my face as part of my skincare routine every morning before my make-up prep.ย This toner is perfect for those with blemish prone skin and for treating active acne and keeping oil at bay, leaving the skin a beautiful matte finish.

This is actually my first product from the well known French skincare brand and I can’t wait to try other products from the range later in the year after loving this toner so much.ย What’s even more impressive about this toner is the amount of product you get and the fact it only contains three ingredients, yes you heard that right! The ingredients include ultra-soothing thermal spring water, healing zinc sulphate and astringent sodium chloride. Together these ingredients target blemishes, acne scarring, redness, oiliness and irritation.

This works just as good as a blemish treatment as it does a toner as it’s enriched with zinc sulphate the main ingredients that target blemishes and bacteria. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin since I’ve started introducing Serozinc into my routine with reduced redness, blemishes and oil.ย In my opinion, this is a product everyone should have or at least try as it works just as well for sensitive/normal skin than it does oily.

Have you tried Serozinc yet?

I love this product! Have been using it for a year now and still love it. I’ve liked everything that I tried from La Roche-Posay !

  • I’ve never tried this particular product from the line, but have tried others that unfortunately irritated my skin ๐Ÿ™ I really wanted to love them because it does work for so many people; I’ve never really read a negative review. Perhaps I could look more into this one and see, since I do have some flareups that I’m religiously trying to get rid of! Thanks so much for sharing, beauty, and I hope you have a great week ahead!

  • This sounds great! I rarely use toners, but I’m thinking I should definitely add it to my skincare routine! Great review ๐Ÿ™‚
