Product Details:  Madame LA LA Face Bronzing Serum*

Adored by many high profile celebs such as Blake Lively, Olivia Palermo and Rhianna; this is one of the best tans I’ve come across to date. It’s most definitely been a winter skin saviour for my pale complexion and adds just the right amount of colour to give a flawless natural finish. The best thing of all about this tan is the ingredients; specially formulated to hydrate skin we have a generous blend of coconut water, green tea, and aloe. The Madame LALA Face Bronzing Serum adapts to all skin tones (even those with paler complexions like me) and leaves a natural, healthy appearance. I like how you can build upon the tan if it’s not to your desired colour and you can really play around with the product. I normally just apply this once and that’s enough for my skin but if you have the naturally bronzed skin you can definitely re-apply this for a more enhanced outcome.

The tan lasts a good three to four day’s before you need to build up the colour again and it’s done instantly!! As soon as I apply this I can instantly wash it off and have the desired finish I want but I do keep it on for a couple of minutes just to let the product work into my skin. This tan holds a unique combination of antioxidants and vitamins from C, CQ10, A and E to fight signs of ageing, boost cell renewal and promote collagen production. It doesn’t dry out the skin and gives my complexion a much brighter appearance, not to mention it also diminishes the appearance of acne (after the first day) and works great mixed with my foundation (see above) if I feel like adding a small amount for more colour.

After applying the bronzing serum and washing it off I do notice my acne looks worse than it actually appears! It seems to bring out the redness and makes it appear more noticeable, however, this shouldn’t put you off buying into this tan if you do suffer from acne/redness as it goes away after a couple of hours. These images were taken straight after removing the product to let you see how it looks, but after a couple of hours my skins left even and the redness really isn’t noticeable as the tan adapts to my skin tone. I would like to point out that you should wear gloves when applying the tan as it does stain your hands and takes ages to wash off! Overall I really enjoy using this product and as you can see in the final photo my skin has much more colour and it looks completely natural.

Have you tried this tan? What’re your thoughts?

xo, Jenny

I need to try this. I have had to stop wearing tan recently as it has been drying my skin out so bad, this looks worth a go though as it isn’t drying

This one does the opposite and actually hydrates the skin which I like! I’ve been using this non stop as I actually feel it’s been helping with my skin and making my acne less red/noticeable 🙂 I’ve also enjoyed it for the hydrating properties as they come in handy during the colder months and just makes my skin look in much better condition x

I need this in my life! #paleskin problems. I’ve always been afraid that tanning solution might make me break out badly though. I love the bottle, nothing is more appealing than a well branded product!

Tell me about it ha,ha! My skins as pale as pale can be!! Even after coming back from Greece my skin was still pale 🙁 I did manage to achieve a slight tan but nothing spectacular ha,ha! This works perfect for pale skin as it’s not orange or deep in colour and matches to my skin naturally. This doesn’t make me break out and I have acne so this is something I’m always super aware of so you should be fine 🙂 xx
