Perfume: Pina Colada c/o
A couple of months back I was involved in the research for The Library of Fragrance and as a thank you, I was sent this gorgeous fragrance which I picked from the website. There was so much scents to choose from well over 100 in total, it was near impossible to pick a favourite, but I do love sweet scents so went with Pina Colada.
I love the smell of coconut in the summer and any time of the year in fact, as it’s so comforting and subtle, but this perfume really mixes it up with the sweetness of pineapple. This smells true to the real thing with hints of rum coming through for a beautiful scent that lasts hours once applied. I just love spraying this over my clothes and bed sheets for a nice sweet, refreshing scent that really uplifts your mood for the day.
It’s not sickly and very mellow, you can pick these up from Boots or the main website for much more variety. I think these would make excellent personalised gifts this Christmas with the huge selection of scents that can be tailored to everyone! You get so much choice and the scents are very rare too, making it a perfect gift if you know someone who loves fragrance or a specific smell. I definitely have my eye on a few other scents from the collection such as chocolate chip cookie, espresso, gingerbread and lemon meringue, they also smell really natural and not at all artificial.
