NIP AND FAB BEE STING LIFTING MASK

Being completely obsessed with face masks, I couldn’t wait to try this out! Purely because it contains bee venom which seems to be on the rave with celebrities and the Duchess of Cambridge. Bee venom packs powerful antioxidants and leaves your skin glowing, plump and rejuvenated

Basically, by having bee venom in this face mask it plumps the skin by tricking it into thinking it’s been lightly stung, this causes the body to direct blood towards the surface of the skin, whilst stimulating the production of collagen and elastin leaving you with plump, soft, glowing skin that lasts hours! I have even noticed effects lasting until the next day. Normally I apply my face mask(s) at night before bed and I wake up with fresh, dewy skin after using this mask the night before, and just love how long these results last! This mask will leave you with reduced scars, fine lines, wrinkles and dewy skin! Of course, you will not notice instant results from the first use but over time I do notice changes starting to appear and it has definitely healed my acne up and lightened the scarring and my overall complexion.

The following day after applying this mask my skin is left matte and smooth with a nice natural glow, ready for makeup and it makes my makeup sit nicely all day without having to re-apply. Your skin is definitely left younger, tighter and fresher with ingredients that help boost circulation, and leave your skin revitalised. Before applying this mask I will prep my skin by cleansing and remove all traces of makeup with a hot cloth, this then opens my pores up ready for the face mask to be applied. I will then apply a thin layer of the Nip and Fab Bee Sting Fix Lifting Mask to my face and neck.

The instruction says to apply a thick layer, but I like to start off with a thin layer and build up thicker coverage on my most problematic areas such as the chin, cheeks and forehead. The mask has a very thick gel like consistency and feels very soothing when applied to the skin. It’s very mild and not stingy, as you could imagine! If you have sensitive skin you might be able to feel the mask gently working, but I couldn’t feel much. It doesn’t dry your skin or tighten it when working, which is a bonus! After leaving on for 10-15 minutes I will then remove with a damp cloth. I am then left with much firmer, plumper and youthful looking skin! I do notice my cheeks go slightly red, but this just shows that the mask has worked and I like that aspect 🙂

This mask definitely packs a punch and lasts months! I like to use it once every week and love the instant results, good value for money too! x

What’re your thoughts on this mask? Will you be trying it?

This sounds so interesting! 🙂 I’ve never really had a lot of experiences with face masks, but the bee venom sounds really interesting and maybe slightly painful, but that’s probably because I’m imagining actually being stung by a bee :S
