Body lotions are one of those things I should apply more frequently but I just always seem to forget about this part of my beauty regime and always focus on my skincare regime instead. This can come down to many things, such as not finding enough time in the day or just pure laziness, one of the two! :’)
You and my skin will be glad to know, I have made a conscious effort to apply body lotion every day and every time I come out the bath/shower! Normally sticking to The Body Shop products, I was eager to try the Nip and Fab Bee Sting Cream Souffle for its super rich intensifying moisturising properties, with added bee venom. I have loved the whole Nip and Fab Bee Sting Fix range, so it made sense to try out this gorgeous thick creamy souffle, and see what results this will produce over time.
Massaging this thick cream into my skin really is a dream, and it dries in almost instantly! I really like how you can feel it working, but only slightly! It’s very moisturising and leaves my skin looking very healthy and revitalised as the bee venom begins to work, to refresh the skin giving a more youthful appearance. It leaves your skin plump and firm and this lasts hours!
I don’t find this lotion over power powering scent wise! In fact the lotion doesn’t have much smell at all and this comes in great for those with more sensitive skin, especially if you hate perfumes or nasty ingredients. Definitely a repeat buy, and it just leaves my skin so soft and smooth! Not only this but it includes powerful ingredients that combat bacteria and viruses, making this the perfect lotion for winter. Helping the skin to retain moisture to beat of the winter chills it also heals the skin quicker with honey and propolis extract.
The main ingredients include:
- Bee Venom – Immediately plumps and smoothes for youthful skin
- Honey – Antibacterial benefits and moisturises the skin
- Shea Butter – Softens the skin and keeps the body moisturised
- Bees Wax – Smoothes and softens the skin
- Propolis Extract – Has an activity against bacteria and viruses, also heals the skin.
What’s your thoughts on this lotion? will you be trying this for winter?
